A Purchaser 

The Purchaser shall, within two days of payment of a deposit, be entitled, by written notice to Keith or Rosa Fletcher from “Cabin Life”, to cancel the purchase in which
event the Purchaser shall be entitled to a refund of monies paid less any
administration or other costs.

Pricing and Description of Products

“Cabin Life” takes all reasonable care in the preparation of the content of this website, in
particular to ensure that details, descriptions and prices of products on Cabin
Life’s website are correct at time of publishing and all products have been
fairly described.

Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including
Product Descriptions and Price appearing on this Website from time to time may
vary and not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an
order. As such all order forms must be completed in full and signed by you to
ensure customer satisfaction.

All sizes

quoted on this website are approximate and can vary between cabins and
thickness of timber. Cabin Life shall not be liable to any person for any loss
or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in
any of the materials on this website.

Cabin Kit Delivery

Delivery charges vary due to delivery area. The estimated time for delivery is
calculated when you place your order. We make every effort to deliver items
within the estimated time schedule, however delays are occasionally inevitable
due to unforeseen factors. Cabin Life shall be under no liability for any delay
or failure to deliver the products within our estimated time schedule. Delivery must be paid for in full at time of delivery.

Important

Whilst all care is taken to deliver to you the best possible product with excellent
customer service, Timber is a natural product and as such it may expand and contract
from time to time dependant on air temperature and moisture. We suggest you
seal the exterior of the cabin directly after construction with a good quality
undercoat and exterior paint. We also suggest to seal the interior soon after
completion to protect your new Cabin Life Cabin. Some Cabins may have minor
imperfections and minor alterations may have to be carried out on site. Timber
may vary slightly in colour.
